  How to Apply Pmgep Lone

  1. Online Application:

    • Visit the PMEGP e-Portal.

    • Register and fill in the application form with the required details.

    • Upload necessary documents, including project report, identity proof, and educational qualification certificates.

    • Submit the application online.

  2. Offline Application:

    • Contact the nearest KVIC/KVIB/DIC office to obtain the application form.

  • Detailed Project Report (DPR).

  • Proof of identity (Aadhaar card, PAN card, etc.).

  • Proof of residence.

  • Educational qualification certificates.

  • Caste certificate (if applicable).

  • Special category certificate (if applicable).

  Additional Information

  • Loan Repayment: The loan repayment tenure ranges from 3 to 7 years after an initial moratorium period.

  • Interest Rate: As per the prevailing rates of the financing bank.

  • Collateral: No collateral security is required for projects costing up to ₹10 lakh.

  • Training: Applicants may be required to undergo Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) training for a specified duration

  Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

  • Educational Qualification: For projects costing above ₹10 lakh in the manufacturing sector and above ₹5 lakh in the service sector, the applicant should have passed at least the 8th standard.

  • Type of Units: Only new projects are eligible for assistance under PMEGP. Existing units or those that have already availed government subsidies under any other scheme are not eligible.

  • Eligible Entities:

    • Individuals above 18 years of age.

    • Self-Help Groups (including those belonging to BPL provided they have not availed benefits under any other scheme).

    • Institutions registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.

    • Production-based cooperative societies
